President's Message
As the president of this institution, I am proud to lead a community that values
integrity, innovation, and inclusion. Our dedicated staff, students, and families
work collaboratively to create an environment where each individual is empowered
to reach their full potential. At P.I.C.S, we don’t just educate; we inspire future
leaders, thinkers, and change-makers. Together, we shape a brighter tomorrow,
grounded in knowledge, character, and compassion.
Few things are more intractable than describing a ‘philosophy of education’,
yet the guiding philosophy of Pinelands International Convent School is simply
and easily expressed. We exist in order to provide active, reflective and
creative learning in an environment enriched with support, encouragement
and assistance. We celebrate the pursuit of lifelong learning, all the while
stressing on the total development of each child: spiritual, moral, intellectual,
social, emotional, and physical. Our mission is to develop young people with
active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others,
and the courage to act on their beliefs.
Our faculty and staff clearly embody
the values that we seek to teach. They regard their task here as a sacred one,
reflective of the belief that there is “that of God” in each person. Our aspiration
is both noble and bold: that each person in Pinelands International Convent School
respects and cherishes what is unique and of infinite value in themselves and
in others.Pinelands International Convent School recognizes that each child is
an individual; that all children are creative; that all children need to succeed.
Therefore, the School respects the individual needs of children; fosters a caring
and creative environment; and is committed to nurturing high self-esteem and
respect for one other. The School’s role is to help each child come into confident
possession of innate talents, improve the skills needed for success in life, and
establish values that will allow each child to act with thoughtfulness and humanity.
Sincerely,
MR. ABHAYBIR SINGH
